The Lawn Doctor was recommended by my next door neighbor. We started the service in late 2019 after my lawn had no service for more than one year due to the fact that we moved to Jackson, TN from Georgia. In Georgia we had centipede grass for lawns. I was not familiar with Bermuda grass, and did not realize the special needs of the Bermuda. Our lawn is looking better since we began the service. It has been so wet and warm this winter weeds are a problem this year. We are confident enough in The Lawn Doctor customer service that we paid for the seven applications for a full year to receive the discount for early pay. If the lawn is not right, we trust the Lawn Doctor will make it right. ~ medoncpharm

The lawn insect treatment really works ! We can actually stand being outside for the first time in a long while. Now if you could just do something about the humidity ............ What a great business to be affiliated with. Very nice people and very prompt with their services. If you are having problems with growing issues, insect problems, or a fungus, they will have the solutions. Plus, they will know how to spell all those hard chemical names that you can't. ............. ~ Ronald L

We have been customers of Lawn Doctor for years. We are very pleased with the service we receive. We have what I would say is a challenging lawn because we have zoysia, bermuda and st augustine. The crew has to remember not to spray our st augustine. We also use their bug spray service which is awesome. I used to get eaten alive with mosquitoes when working in my beds but not anymore. We can now enjoy the outdoors without getting eaten alive! A third benefit is having their expertise & care is when out of the ordinary strange things pop up like ARMY WORMS. We have lived in our home since 1989. I don't ever recall having them. They wiped out our bermuda in a matter of days but because of Lawn Dr.'s attention and quick service, our grass was able to recover quickly. We also appreciate the information sheet they leave letting us know what they have done, what steps we need to take to make certain the treatment is successful. We have learned a lot about our lawn and the effort that goes into having a healthy lawn. We would highly recommend them and do to anyone who asks us about them. ~ Beverly G

They always call the day before to let you know they will be there next day so you can leave pets inside and gates open. My weeds are becoming better controlled since they started coming. This is my FIRST experience with any lawn service like this. I did contact another the same time I contacted them and they NEVER responded to my request for a quote. Within months of service my lawn looks amazing!! My tech warned me it would take a year but the service has been so beneficial that my lawn looks as good as my neighbor who has had service with Lawn Doctor for years. We are notified ahead of tine that service will be the next day so we can make arrangements for the pups. My pups both have allergies and have had no issues. ~ Elizabeth M

My yard had not been tended to for some time when we first moved here. I brought Lawn Doctor onboard. They walked me through the condition of my yard. laid out a plan for improvement. After just one year, we can see that big difference in our lawn at the beginning of growing season..all the neighbors have the weeds we don't see anymore. The neighbors noticed within a couple months how healthy our lawn looked and asked about the Lawn Doctor signs. We told them how easy it was to have a great looking yard. They have taken care of our lawn for several years. We have very few issues and if we do we contact them and they immediately resolve the issue. I am in Commercial Real Estate in Memphis and deal with many subcontractors. I wish all handled themselves like the Lawn Doctor does. I have really enjoyed having Lawn Doctor to service our lawn. They will reach out to me the night before they are scheduled to come out to let me know when they're coming (so I can unlock my gate). There have been a few instances where I didn't get a text or call before they showed up, but I chalk that up to an issue with technology. ~ John

I love the weed control and fertilizing service the Lawn Doctor provides. While some neighbors are mowing their weeds already, I probably won’t have to mow for another 6 weeks or more. They notify me when they’re coming so I can unlock the gate. I pay online and it’s very simple. Strongly recommend! ~ Barbara L

Ray stays at the site steadyily working. Seeds in places that need it, fertilizes with colored spray so customer and technician can see what has been sprayed. Pulls out a long sprayer and walks the area with it. Does weed control. Feel like he cares about doing a thorough job. Very pleasant. ~ susan w

When I started with Lawn Doctor the Bermuda grass was overrun with weeds and nearly gone. Within the first season of spraying the yard was thriving with a lush carpet of grass. Brandon is most helpful and informative when I need assistance. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor. ~ Donna G

The service technicians have and are doing a great job. The office gives us 24hr notice before there arrival and if the weather is bad they are flexible with rescheduling. Emails on work done and billing is a plus also their pricing is competitive with other companies. Again 5 Stars ~ Stephen P
